Chalet for 6 people 100 m from the sea

A fabulous chalet with stunning sea views just a few meters from the calm waters of Pollensa Bay. Located in the prestigious residential complex of Es Barcares, this property is just a 5-minute drive from the medieval city wall of Alcudia. Es Barcares is known for excellent kitesurfing conditions and very popular with surfers.

With 150 sqm of living space it is prepared up to 6 people. The spacious living room is beautifully furnished and offers you satellite TV, DVD player and WiFi. In the fully-equipped kitchen, you can prepare delicious Mediterranean cuisine with the local products, which you can buy at the weekly market of Alcudia (Tuesday & Sunday). In front of the kitchen is a balcony of 25 sqm with a cozy dining area.

The house has 3 charming double bedrooms, 1 on the ground floor and 2 on the upper floor as well as 2 bathrooms with shower, 1 in the ground floor and 1 in the upper floor.

Outside you will find a 40 sqm terrace and 800 sqm garden with lawn and Mediterranean plants. A brick barbecue is also available. There is also a room where you can store your bicycles.

Maison très propre, bien équipée, et décorée avec goût, dans un quartier très calme et reposant. On peut laisser sa voiture devant la maison en toute sécurité. A pieds on arrive vite dans la vieille ville d'Alcúdia et on voit la baie de Polença de la maison. Alcúdia est une jolie ville avec son port et sa vieille ville. Vraiment une belle destination ! Merci aux personnes de l'entretien à notre arrivée, très accueillantes. Je vous recommande cette maison. Allez y les yeux fermés !

Excellent séjour dans une maison d'une propreté impeccable , bien située ( 100m de la plage 1,5 km d'Alcudia ) dans un quartier résidentiel calme . Rien ne manque dans la maison et le jardin pour le séjour . Très bon contact avec l'agence à Majorque . Je recommande cette location .
