Average hotel. Basic, clean. Check in took a long time due to computer problems. We needed to have our room changed due to when we turned on the heat the air that blew out smelled like burning leaves. ( a no go with my asthma). Front desk was very nice and helpful.

Honestly, it was all good, except the bathroom floor. There was a little bit of what looked like mold by the tub, and the floor was dirty behind the door.

The person who checked me in took forever and then put me in a room that was already occupied. Went down and got new room. Five minutes later people started walking in my room. The person at the desk gave another person my room FIVE MINUTES AFTER GIVING ME THAT ROOM. And the sheets had stains on them.

While the property is a little dated, it was extremely clean and the kids loved the pool. Beds are a little on the soft side for me, but rooms were quiet.

This was perfect for us. A little wear of the bath area and that contributed to the 4 stars. Breakfast was great, staff were nice. I would stay again if in the area.

Not Best Western’s fault
Staff at Best Western were great. Room was very acceptable. I know Best Western was not at fault but having a man screaming at the top of his lungs in a meltdown outside our room from midnite to 2 am was not quite an experience we were expecting.

This is an older hotel that has been remodeled at some point. There was a very heavy moldy water smell in our room. The room was very clean, but even my 3 year old said it smelled. The pool and hot tub were nice. Decent sized hot tub and nice and hot. Beds were just ok - not rock hard but not soft either.

The staff were friendly and attentive. The night desk clerk got our room quickly, but when we went upstairs to it, we found the TV was inoperable. He responded quickly and gave us a new room within 10 minutes, delivering a new set of card keys and a guarantee that everything was in working order. Breakfast was fresh and hot in the morning.
