Great historic hotel with charming, clean and well maintained rooms. Hotel staff was extremely friendly and provided excellent service. Food and drinks were delicious. Continental breakfast was also included each morning as well as snacks and water being available throughout the day. We will definitely be returning in the near future.

Very charming hotel and so tastefully decorated. I'd suggest turning the mattresses (this is a problem in many hotels, though) because there was a dip on one side. And please don't serve breakfast items in plastic/paper containers. Lots of waste.

After two weeks on the road, this was or best stop. Older Inn style with a B&B feel. Nice bar, good food served in great atmosphere. Breakfast was included, you have an order form to fill out what you want and what time you’d like it ready. We were an hour ahead of when we wanted it, they had it waiting for us by the time we carried or suitcases to our vehicle. Interacted with a handful of employees and all were friendly and a compdating. We would stay again if we’re ever back in the area.

I liked that check in was quick, and they had a lounge on second floor you could use to relax, have a few snacks that were out, and could use their computer in the room. Nice they served you breakfast in their restaurant the next morning, and it was on time. Pretty good choice for breakfast considering a small hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. Only thing we did not like, was we came back from a dinner around 8:30 pm, and the people attending the theater next door, had taken up all the parking spots in the nearby parking lot. We had to park way down in the lot which was a good block away. We could have moved our car later on, once the theater was closed, but we had no idea when the show was over, so we just left it where it was. At least the far away lot was lit up.

The place to stay in Sellersville
The Washington House Hotel is steps away from charming Sellersville Theater and well worth spending the night if seeing an event there. Attached to a wonderful restaurant with good food and friendly staff.

My husband and I were going to a friends party in the area and needed a place to stay for the night. I found this on Expedia and it checked all the boxes. Great room, great price, free breakfast, very clean, and staff was very accommodating. Would definitely stay again.
