"Das Personal beim Frühstück hat nicht ein einziges Mal gelacht und war sehr schlecht gelaunt.
Die Fugen im Badezimmer sind sehr dreckig und ecklig. Hier muss dringend eine Reparatur erfolgen. Auch der Wasserhahn ist kaputt."
