Great hotel, great staff
We really enjoyed our stay, we chose the hotel as it is close to El Rocio and we wanted to go to the Pilgrimage. The hotel is beautifully decorated, the staff were friendly and efficient and it is situated on the edge of town making it easy to access from the main road in. We would have liked to have had coffee in the restaurant after our evening meal rather than having to go to the bar. Would recommend to anyone

Got a good deal. Rooms not really 4* standard. Customer service was very good. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Best thing was that it had rooms big enough for 2 adults and 2 teenage kids (without them having to sleep on the same bed). Upgraded to half board as the supplement was very reasonably priced.

Hotel estĆ” en muy malas condiciones necesita una gran reforma, el servicio de comidas con muy poca variedad, aĆŗn que teniendo en cuenta calidad-precio. La foto es de la puerta de entrada a la habitaciĆ³n, este era uno de los tantos desperfectos, baƱera descascarillada, accesorios del baƱo en el aire.. la habitaciĆ³n con algunas luces que no funcionaban, en general creo que estĆ” bastante abandonado.
