Overall a great property to stay at if you don't mind the location. The staff was accommodating for our late check in, my friends and I were able to do our laundry, and we found the space very clean and livable. It was further from the train station than we would have preferred but there was a bus stop not too far away.

Buen apartamento pero pésima recepción

Estuve dos noches con mi mujer y mis dos hijas. El complejo de apartamentos está situado en una zona industrial por lo que es imprescindible ir en coche. Se aparca en la calle sin problemas. Tenía dos habitaciones, cada una con camas literas. Habitaciones limpias, camas cómodas, una pequeña cocina con los utensilios necesarios para cocinar. En los dos días que estuvimos nunca vimos al recepcionista en su puesto. Si querías algo tienes que llamarlo al móvil y en inglés comunicarte con él. ¡Atención! Las tarjetas de acceso al apartamento caducan cada día y el recepcionista os tiene que dar una nueva. Si no lo veis os las deja en un pequeño buzón a la entrada pero tenéis que llamarle para que os de la contraseña de acceso al buzón.

Eher Handwerkerhotel, aber alles tipptopp u. nett

Neuwertige und saubere Zimmer/Badezimmer. Sehr gute Kommunikation im Vorfeld und Betreuung vor Ort mit der überaus freundlichen Mitarbeiterin der Unterkunft, die trotz des Wochenendes persönlich vorbeigeschaut und gefragt hat, ob wir noch weitere Zimmerkarten benötigen. Das einzige, was uns gestört hat war die Lautstärke von anderen feiernden Gästen auf dem Balkon darüber, aber kurz nach 22 Uhr war Schluss. Ist wohl in erster Linie ein Handwerker Hotel ...

Prima Unterkunt

Neue Hotelanlage mit schönem Apartment für 4 Personen. Da erst 2019 eröffnet, alles noch sehr neu und gepflegt. Sehr geräumig. Waren nur für 1 Nacht wegen Anreise zur Therme Erding und für den Preis dafür bestens geeignet. Gerne wieder.

Ganz gut für die Durchreise

Wir hatten ein Viererappartment für eine Nacht gemietet. Waren auf der Durchreise. Das Appartmenthaus liegt neben dem Hotel 37. Etwas auf der Rückseite. Die Rezeption war nicht besetzt, aber wir haben eine nette Mitarbeiterin im Hotel 37 erreicht. Das Ein- und Auschecken war problemlos. Das Apartment war modern, funktional und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Eine kleine Küche mit Geschirr und Mikrowelle war vorhanden. Alles sehr sauber. In dem Apartment-Hotel übernachten offensichtlich viele Handwerker. Auch Wiesnbesucher watten trotz der Entfernung dort. Spät abends gab es in einigen anderen Zimmern wohl ein paar Feiern. Leise war es nicht direkt. Man musste schon die Fenster schließen, um den Partylärm etwas abzumildern. Wir hatten abends einen (Fehl-)Feueralarm. Über längere Zeit wusste wohl keiner, wie man ihn abstellt. Es kamen drei Polizeiautos an. Die Beamten blieben lange und halfen bei der Suche nach einer Abschaltmöglichkeit. Letztendlich hat eine junge Polizistin es geschafft, das passende Passwort für die Brandmeldeanlage zu finden. Offensichtlich gibt es beim Hotelpersonal noch Schulungsbedarf, was die Brandmeldeanlage anbetrifft. Schade auch, dass es keine Info an die Hotelgäste gab, was bei dem Alarm zu tun sei. Viele Gäste standen draußen und hatten keine Info darüber, wie es weiter gehen soll. Trotz des spätabendlichen Abenteuers sind wir dann später doch noch eingeschlafen und konnten unsere Reise am nächsten Morgen einigermaßen ausgeruht fortsetzen.

Gute Erreichbarkeit, ausreichend Parkplätze vor dem Haus. Durch viele Monteure die im Haus untergebracht sind, ist es nachts schnell ruhig, dafür ab ca. 6 Uhr recht lebhaft durch abfahrende Kleintransporter. Landshut ist in wenigen Minuten mit dem eigenen Auto oder Bus zu erreichen.
