In the app, it was rated with 4 1/2 stars. It is more like 2 1/2 stars. It was not very clean. It didn’t feel safe walking through the halls to try to find your room because there is no elevator where our room is the elevator is on the other side of the hotel Was dark and musty as I walked through. You can expect some noise when you’re in a hotel but these rooms are paper thin. We could hardly sleep with the people talking and laughing until 2 AM and then they turned on the TV and it did not go off until 7 AM or so and it was very loud, we could hear everything they were saying while they were talking. The beds were hard, felt like there was paper and plastic underneath of you.

The room was very nice and it was quiet. The biggest disappointment was the advertisement of a pool and hot tub, which is why I chose this property over others. Turns out the hot tub has been eliminated. If you're looking forward to soaking sore joints, stay elsewhere.

Bob at the front desk was great. The accommodations in relation to the cost, did not compare. The bed was very uncomfortable and to get to our rooms was horribly lit. I wanted a nice evening for my wife and I as we were visiting from out of town. The hot tub is out of service and the fitness center was less than desirable. These may seem like really trivial things, but when they are advertised and not available, it leads me to be an unhappy customer. For a one night stay, the price does not reflect what we were offered.

When I checked in a customer came up to the desk and was using bad profanity. It was awful and I felt uncomfortable about the situation. My room was so far away from the elevator and I had so many items .

The hotel could use a few updates. The location feels safe, and well lit. The AC was very noisy, and the vent into the room is over the bathroom, so the all the odor comes into the sleeping area. The hot tub is no longer functioning, and you don’t know until you arrive and see the sign at the check in desk and on the information sheet they hand you. Breakfast was missing a few basics - honey or syrup for the waffles, or juice. They offer coffee, hot water for tea, cold water and ices tea only. Nothing really for any children guests. The safe was friendly and helpful, and the restaurant has tasty food at reasonable prices. There is also and elevator, but it’s at the other end of the building from the main entrance and lobby - we didn’t find it until we wert looking for the pool.

Hotel needs a refresh. Poor breakfast, insufficient lighting in the dining room, no elevator, difficult to find. My room had open wires from what looked like a telephone socket, one lamp didn't work, the window double glazing was fogged, toilet water fill was insufficient, and towels were at the end of their useful life. The frame on the suitcase folding rack was rusted. All small details but.....
