Not as advertised and not to be recommended
These houseboats are not the ones featured in the pictures. It was a different company from the advertised Northstar, it is rather Coco houseboats. The first boat offered to us was awful with no comfortable seating area and the bedrooms were dismal with dirty linen. We complained and were given a second larger boat with marginally better seating, however on inspection of the bedrooms we were appalled by the state of the bedroom. The sheets were grubby and there was no sheet between you and the blanket. There was 1 dirty towel to share between you and another person. The toilet was smelly and dirty. The food we were served was excellent and the staff were excellent. We couldn’t possibly have stayed in those bedrooms, so when the boat docked we left to find a hotel.The boat beared no resemblance at all to the advertised photos. Avoid this houseboat, there are far better available at a lower price point.
