This house has everything you need! Its beautiful firepit is raised up 2 flights from the lake, giving amazing views, no matter the season! Ice fishing on Wapo is great and close proximity to skiing and trails (ATV & Snowmobile) make it an ideal winter destination.

WINTER CHILL: With downhill skiing and tubing at Trollhaugen, Polk County ATV/UTV & Snowmobile Trails, Ice Fishing on Wapogasset and Bear Trap, you will not run out of winter fun activities here! While use of the long stairway down to the lake is limited in the colder months, public access to the lake for ice fishing or other activities is right down the road at Garfield Park.

SUMMER LAKE LIFE: Enjoy water activities and fishing on Lake Wappogasset. During the summer months, the dock accommodates one boat (tie-up) and features a floating lounge/swim platform. There are adult and children's paddleboards available for use.

AUTUMN SPENDOR: Fall is such a fun season to enjoy at Wapo Lake Home - probably my family's favorite! The patio and firepit serve up perfect relaxing weekends with some fun happenings around town.

OUTDOOR FUN: The paver firepit offers stunning lake views, year-round. A game room with foosball, darts, and arcade games adds to the excitement as well as a number of yard games.

INDOOR COMFORT: Five bedrooms total with three on the main floor, including a bunk room, and 2 more on the lower level. Both floors have their own family room and bathroom. The main floor also includes a gas fireplace, a dining area for 12, and a well-equipped kitchen. On the lower level you will find the card/game area, a chess nook and the laundry room.

FAMILY FRIENDLY: The bunk room is stocked with toys and books for kids of all ages. For our littlest guests, safety and convenience are top of mind; the house has a built-in baby gate and essentials like plastic plates/cups, utensils, bottle warmer and drying rack, white noise machine, step stools in the bathrooms, baby monitor, Pack and Play, highchair, and a junior chair are provided.

- The dock and swimming platform are seasonal. They are guaranteed May through Sept.

Book Club Girls Weekend
Perfect for our group of 7! Everyone had their own bed. Bathrooms were perfect. Towels, bed linens were perfect. The yard is immense and the view of the lake was gorgeous! Took a long walk on Saturday morning. Played games at the large dining room table, had a bonfire in the fire pit, visited Dancing Dragonfly winery. All fun!

Perfect Lake Getaway
Erin’s home on Lake Wapogasset is simply wonderful. We took 6 high school seniors (with 2 moms) for Minnesota’s MEA fall break. The kids hiked, shopped and had a great day at Trollhaugen for zip line/course. The back yard allowed for football and frisbee tossing, soccer juggling, all with a fantastic view of the lake. The fire ring is well placed for smores. Erin has a TON of games as well. The house was very clean, with everything we needed in the kitchen. Erin was incredibly responsive when we needed her input. She also left house rules and instructions that were very reasonable and clear. Highly recommend!!

Amazing weekend on the lake!
We absolutely loved the house. It's super clean and organized. Plenty of room inside and out to host our family. It has everything you need in the kitchen for meal prep and to serve dinner for a large group. There are separate gathering spaces throughout the home, with a living area upstairs and another downstairs. The kids loved the gaming room and we enjoyed the firepit every night. The view of the lake is amazing from the dining and living area. This is a special house. Erin is a fabulous host and stayed in communication with us throughout our visit in case we needed anything. We'll be back!

Lake house in Amery.
Absolutely loved this house. It was very clean, spacious, and exceeded expectations! Definitely a favorite for me and my children. The house is very nice and had a lot to keep everyone entertained. I can't wait to go back!

Perfect Family Getaway!
We had an amazing long weekend at this lakefront home!  We spent our days relaxing on the Lake in our Pontoon. The large, grassy yard was perfect, and the lakeside firepit offered beautiful views, making evenings by the fire perfect. The game room was a huge hit with both kids and adults. It kept everyone entertained. The indoor spaces were equally impressive, with plenty of room for our group to spread out and relax. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals for our crew. The home is truly family-friendly, with thoughtful touches. The owner was incredibly accommodating, offering great suggestions for nearby activities and ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. If you're looking for a place that offers both relaxation and endless entertainment, this lake home is the perfect choice.

4th of July Weekends
We had a wonderful 4th of July weekend on Wapo! We rented a pontoon and enjoyed time on the water, had campfires, played many yard games, and enjoyed each others company! Everything you need from kitchen, to games, baby items, and much more offered! Great communication with the host! We will be back!

Great house to spend quality family time in!
Beautiful house and property! Plenty of bedrooms upstairs and downstairs. Very large kitchen well stocked with everything that you need for making meals for gettogethers with your loved ones. Three large seating areas outside; one with a great firepit! Wonderful to wake up every morning with a cup of coffee to the fantastic view of Lake Wapo!
