Outside you will find a large and beautiful outdoor area with fire pit and plenty of space for outdoor play for young and old.

The cottage is located undisturbed in a wooded area, only 50 meters from Fosslaugfossen and Tveitvatnet. Here there are good, child-friendly swimming opportunities on a small private sandy beach. There is also the cottage's boat waiting for you, try your luck fishing from the boat. Otherwise, the area around the cottage offers very nice hiking opportunities in the forests and mountains. In winter you can rent cross-country skis at Hillestad Gallery.
