I am beyond enraged with the customer service due to the lack of compassion and reason. I booked a reservation on Monday June 10, 2hrs later I called to cancel because my plans with my group tour cancelled. Amsterdam was a pre-trip, but since the trip was cancelled I wasn’t going in that area. I spoke with someone late at night, they said they could t access the system. I then called first thing in the morning and buddy was contacting his colleague and was working through it. Because of these calls and no response from your team to speak to a manage I also incurred a long-distance chargers.
I am upset with your hostel because your empathy, after calling 2hrs of booking and the next day, is just that hostile.
I will not recommend you to anyone.
