Charming decor, nice breakfast options, and friendly, helpful staff. The wine and cheese in the lobby was a nice feature. I even got a hot chocolate with Baileys in to warm up after walking back from the Rijksmuseum.

Lovely hotel in a convenient neighborhood. Rooms are tight, as you would expect. But absolutely workable. Incredibly generous added perks. Snacks and drinks in the lobby. Makes it comfortable to ease into your Amsterdam adventure.

The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is walkable to the museums, shopping and dining. The breakfast was delicious and had many options. The hotel had candy and cookies out in the lobby on a daily basis. There was also free wine and cheese hour that was well attended. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We booked this hotel due to the great reviews, being conveniently close to everything. We were staying in Amsterdam on a 24 hour layover so it was a quick stay. It is a very outdated corky place. The front desk staff is very very nice. There is no front door person helping with luggages which would be nice to have. The room was very dark, small with a very thin “mattress”. Wallpaper was peeling off and bathroom had a lot of mold. I wouldn’t consider this property a 4 star at all. Lucky for us we only stayed one night. It just wasn’t for us.

"My stay at bank mansion was fantastic! The location was unbeatable, close to everything I needed. The hotel itself was clean, modern, and had a really welcoming vibe. The staff were super friendly. I also loved how comfortable the room was—perfect for a good night's rest after a long day. Overall, a great place to stay, and I’d definitely recommend it to fellow travelers!

We loved the vibe at this hotel. Our room was lovely. The perks were awesome. The lobby social atmosphere was very enjoyable with open bar and wine and cheese hour. Breakfast was also included. Overall an excellent stay. The Location was also excellent.

Very nice hotel, familiar atmosphere. Just by the canals. Delicious and varied breakfast. The staff from the front desk helped us with the inconveniences we had and tried to make our stay pleasant. We would stay here again in the future.

The hotel is great , but ask to have a front view. We had a room with backyard view and still couldn’t see anything as the windows were fitted so high and they were very small ones. Overall- the staff are amazing and so helpful.
