Shared 4 bed room a bit cramped but otherwise fine. All clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Area seemed a bit rough and off putting to use public transport. No other facilities around however only 30 mins using UBER to Amsterdam central. Nothing to complain about.

Hotel reception was excellent. Rooms were clean. #2 Tram was only 5-10 min. walk away and never had to wait long. 20 min. ride to Central Station. Convenience of having breakfast at hotel was not an option at 19€/person. I booked through Expedia website and it mentions that parking is available. This tells me that there is a €/day cost. This is understood. Only when I got there did I find out that it was €25/day. Hotel website indicates price but Expedia does not. These suits need to align.

Super stay!
It was a great place to say, an easy tram ride into the centre and a clean, modern hotel. We enjoyed our stay. Only thing was the rooms were a little warm with the air con not seeming to do anything but overall, a great hotel and place to stay!

What wonderful guest services you have. So helpful. The rooms were not super clean and the building needed a refresh. But the people at check in made our experience really good.

Stayed three times. Excellent value. 5-10 min walk from #2 tram into the centre. Great for the museums! Supermarkets very close for cheap and quick pastry breakfasts. Albert Heijn (supermarket) accepts Mastercard now! Simple clean room. Standard double had a fridge. Great shower water pressure (someone will appreciate this!). Beds decent. Air con was a god send for a summer city break. Area is fine if you’re familiar with any typical dense city suburb. All round four stars!

Terrible service.
The hotel has no air conditioner. One of the 3 rooms I booked has the air on but it’s not working. When we informed the front desk. The receptionist didn’t really care and didn’t address our concerns. Also A lot of dust, big chunks of it were coming out from the air on when we turned it on. This only means that it wasn’t cleaned at all. I used to stay in best western. After this experience. Never again.

My stay was outstanding. The room was luxurious with modern amenities and stunning views. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The rooftop pool and exceptional dining added to the experience. Highly recommend for a perfect getaway! Five stars!

It was really hot and there was no AC just a mini fan but I do get it doesn’t usually get that hot in Amsterdam. About 5 min walk to train station had no complaints it reminds me of a dorm room but decent hotel
