BEWARE !!
Avoid this accommodation in every way if you want to have a convenient stay.
Its the paragon of inorganization and unprofessionality.
They‘re only offering a light-cleaning service and only on demand.
We asked for it every day to do so, but still it wasn’t done a mutilple times.
The reception guy said that the normal full cleaning service would be on our last day before the departure which is pretty much ridiculous.
The room service staff doesn’t see themselves obliged to take all the dirty dishes out of the room when doing the room service.
When we went for breakfast, I prepared a plate with extras for my boyfriend and left it on the table for him, because he was sick and could not get up that early.
I asked the staff kindly to not remove it within the next our.
They said I should write a message on a piece of paper and leave it beside the plate on the table.
However, After 20 mins they removed the whole breakfast plate.
We complained at the reception and asked for a eligible refund for the breakfast.
1 week later we received a sloppy mail from the so called hotel management.
They offered us to give us a discount if we would visit their place again.
in other words: we would have to take over the travel costs all by our own just to get a discount next time haha
I would rather die to visit this so called hotel again.
What a bunch of arrogant and unprofessional morons.
It is intolerable and inappropriate what the offered us.
