Lovely hotel the staff were lovely and friendly, they answered all questions and helped us find our way to where ever we wanted to go, only downside was the overly hot room with uncontrollable heating one of the staff told me how to sort it but it didn’t work so slept with the windows open, problem easily solved. Also they would need to watch the taxi firm they used I thought the taxi from the airport was expensive but the one from the hotel was €49 the one there was €36 which we expected to pay, but overall a fantastic place to stay and I would definitely stay again.

The hotel was impressive, with a sleek, modern design. It's located just a 10-minute walk from the train station, making it easily accessible. Surrounded by peaceful forests and residential areas, the location felt safe and serene. There's also a convenient SPAR store nearby, which adds to the ease of your stay. I’d highly recommend it for anyone looking to escape the hustle and bustle of Amsterdam and enjoy a more restful, relaxed environment.

I always like to give nice hotels the benefit of the doubt. I have a three-strikes rule. If three stays in a row have issues - it comes off my list. After two previous problems - this time - the room safe wasn't working. Reported immediately on checkin on Sunday. Nothing could be done as no maintenance people on a Sunday. No offer of room move. Might feel like a trivial thing, but it's a business hotel and having to carry your laptop, passport etc around town in the evening is unsafe and inconvenient. Three days later at checkout, safe still not working. Checkout clerk asked 'was everything ok with your stay'. When I said 'not really, I won't be back'. No further inquiry about the issue- simply said 'sorry to hear that'. Such a shame as it's otherwise an ok hotel, just getting a little tired and staff with poor morale.
