I loved my room. It felt great, to dive in my bed and snuggle under the fluffy covers after a long day out in the city. The location was great, especially, if you are young. The plaza, one block over, was full with clubs, pubs and restaurants. Very lively at night. The view from my room was to die for - a beautifully designed garden.

Really ourselves, breakfast was really nice and the staff were lovely. Rembrandt square was really nice and perfectly situated to get the tram into the centre. The only issue we had was the noise insulation from outside. We could hear everything happening outside with the windows fully closed so we were a couple of times woken during the night and early in the morning.

We arrived at 8am and did not get to go to our room until right at 3pm. I understand that is when check in is, however, most hotels will work a little bit harder to get you into a room. Especially since we had arrived that early after traveling 14 hours. The room was small and apparently that was the “upgraded” room. It was clean and decent enough for our 2 day stay. Staff were kind but also rude at times depending on who you spoke to. A very great location though as we were easily able to walk around everywhere we wanted to.

Fantastic hotel in the Rembrandtplein area, with lots of restaurants, shops near by. Tram 4 & 14 are steps away from hotel back entrance. Tram 2 & 12 are a short walk (through the floating flower market). Hotel staff were wonderful! Beds were so comfortable. We are so happy we picked this hotel!

Good central hotel, staff are welcoming and helpful, the executive room was smaller than expected but cosy, buffet breakfast had a good tasty selection. Had an incident in the hotel and the staff were very kind and helpful, checking in with us regularly to ensure we were ok
