It was nice to find a tram station close by .The staffs were amazing and always willing to assist .The rooms were always tidy when I got back from daily activities.I also love the fact that there was a mc Donald’s near by

Didn't like that they do not make it clear you have to pay a 100euro deposit when collecting room key. Apart from this, everything else was fine.

This overall was a decent hotel. It is not fancy by any means but for the price, you get a nice, clean place to sleep. It is quite aways away from downtown but there is a train station less than 10 minutes away by foot so it is still convenient.

For a short stay at moderate price this hotel is a good compromise for families. The rooms are equipped with everything necessary on holidays. Rooms are quiet and clean and spacious enough. The staff is very friendly. The city of Amsterdam can be easily accessed by the tran station nearby. I would book here one more time.

The of the facility gives the impression that the city and canals are in front of the hotel, which is not true. I wasn't prepared to take a Tram to the city.

Good transport links, easy to get to the centre or other parts of the city. Room cleaned every day, hoovered, bed made and fresh towels. Not been dusted in a while, we were sneezing a lot in our room, we looked around and the bedside tables and the items on them had a considerable amount of dust on them. Other than this was good.

The staff started out nice but became rude over our stay. We asked for a simple cup of coffee and was told only thru the vending machine. Asked for broken toilet to be fixed, it wasn't, no wifi/ internet connection couldnt even watch TV in the room AND they wanted us to share a fridge....but NO free coffee unless we paid. Rip Off. HORRIBLE PLACE
