Dear guest, Thank you for sharing your experience at the Old Quarter hotel. I regret to learn that your experience did not live up to your expectations. The staff gave the information to the member of the family who doesn't speak English, we assumed that he did not understand the instruction. However, the same staff actually gave the correct directions before you and family even enter the wrong door. We do not see the problem here. Furthermore, on the hotel information we put that the hotel has no lift, please pay attention on the information given. We pleased to give you the lift access but hope the information is read by future guests who are making bookings at the hotel. Best, Hotel Manager

Dear Tommi,Thank you for your review. I am glad that you enjoyed the canal view room, it is indeed the best feature of the hotel. We have a central heating system so yes the heat is not fairly spread in the rooms, but I am happy that the hot water works well.We look forward to welcoming you again.
