I booked what turned out to be a non-refundable stay. I had to have surgery and had to leave a week later. They wouldn't even allow me to stay other dates. Very disappointing. So I stayed with them only for the last night of my original booking. Unimpressed. Breakfast was very basic, no gym, no useful facilities.

Amazing

Beautiful hotel- the room was clean and bed was very comfortable. A glass of cava on arrival was a lovely touch also. Location is just off Dam square in a lovely street. Some noise at night time, but to be expected in central Amsterdam. Staff were attentive and welcoming. Would definitely recommend!

Amazing stay!

Beautiful hotel in a perfect location. The reception staff were so helpful and friendly. The room was amazing! The bar / restaurant was comforting and warm and good service. This is possibly the nicest European city hotel we have ever stayed in but it was the staff that made this hotel extra special.

Classy hotel and very accommodating

Great experience. Was able to check in quite early as our room was the first cleaned on their list. Very lucky as we just got off a 9 hour flight! The dining area had nice food options at night and the morning breakfast which was included for us was high quality. Really cool boutique feel hotel with a nice low key vibe. Within 10 min walk of almost everything in Amsterdam.

Among the nicest, cleanest, friendliest hotel I've ever stayed at. Anyone interested in finding a boutique hotel, away from the business of downtown Amsterdam, but still within walking distance - this is the perfect location. I'd give it among my highest marks from the welcome through checkout.

It’s perfect.

The shower is amazing and they have robes and slippers! Bed is great, pillows are great, location is great. After a lot of hits and misses on our European trip this hotel gave us back our sanity and some much needed good sleep. Highly recommend, near everything but quiet and tucked into an alley. Missed the breakfast but it sounds great and affordable.

There is no parking in this area, so we had to walk almost 20 minutes wiht our big suitcases across cobblestone and through very crowded areas, but I guess that's normal.

Hotel V was a fantastic experience for us! The staff was extremely friendly and flexible. We asked for an early check-in, and they did everything they could to accommodate our needs. The rooms are decent size and come with everything you need. The street is quiet and close to public transportation. The restaurant has excellent breakfast and dinner options if you don't want to go out. Drinks are nice too in the bar. Highly recommend!!
