Dear guest, Being angry is not the right way, even here within our hotel families with children are affected. From one day to the next, people are out of work here and now they all have an uncertain future. We are surprised that most people are only thinking about themselves even in this hard time worldwide. You have chosen to book a non-refundable reservation so that you can be much cheaper, despite the knowledge that you could not cancel this reservation. But your reservation has already been canceled. The person you talked to wasn't the owner and he wasn't rude to you, the construction that was being done was actually maintenance for the hot water system, and the maintenance was accordingly announced, the person entered to let you know that your check out was due, since it was already 11.30 and we sent you a message that check out was at 11h. And also one of the staff members warned you for not sitting on the stairs of the emergency exit twice, but you did not listen to his request. You left the room in a very dirty condition, full of garbage in the room. Best Regards, Hotel Zwanenburg
