Everything here was top notch, but most particularly the service from the front desk, to the concierge, to the food staff. The hotel was easy access to the trains and trams, and everything inside was clean and orderly. Anything we asked for from the front desk, was delivered promptly, and everyone was so professional. Gilbert at the font desk and Duke at the concierge stood out for us.

Great property and convenient location

I totally enjoyed this property. It had the right balance of comfortable community space, café, restaurant, which were very good. The room was modern and even though I had a corner room facing out on two different streets, it was amazingly quiet. Maybe that’s because of the insulation they use and maybe it’s because Central Amsterdam is not frantic congestion of horn honking taxis. I would absolutely stay here again. It’s convenient to everything in Amsterdam and especially Amsterdam Centraal.

Great location, not far from central station and a tram stop. Also offers parking just round the corner which was great for us as we had rented a car for one night of our stay and the staff were very accommodating. The room was spotless and very nice. The bed and pillows were very comfy. Would return if we are ever in Amsterdam again
