Wir sind etwas überrascht über Ihre Bewertung und bedauern, dass Sie nicht mit dem Front Office über diese Probleme gesprochen haben. Beim Check-in wird jeder Gast um eine Kaution in Höhe von € 200, - für eventuelle Nebenkosten gebeten. Dies ist auch klar auf der Website geschrieben. In Bezug auf den Blick nach hinten können wir Ihnen mitteilen, dass Sie eine Luxus Suite mit Blick nach hinten gebucht haben. Nur die Royal Suiten, die Imperial Suite und das Penthouse bieten Blick auf den Kanal. Dies ist auf allen Seiten sehr deutlich geschrieben. Wir haben auch Ihren Kommentar zum Abholservice gesehen. Wie Sie vielleicht bemerkt haben, ist der Flughafen Schiphol ein großer Flughafen. In Bezug auf die Abholung haben wir Ihnen eine E-Mail mit Einzelheiten zur Planung Ihrer Abholung gesendet.
