This 2-story home is on 3+ acres, and features sweeping views of the Anaconda-Pintler Mountains from every window and deck. The Mt. Haggin Hangout is just minutes to Montana Zip Lines, Washoe Park, and The Haufbrau for dining out with the family (full dinner menu & arcade!). The charming historic town of Anaconda is right down the road, with antiquing, weekly events, and many dining options (including the brewery and bottleshop).
The open floor plan is great for entertaining, with a large kitchen & dining area perfect for creating family meals and memories. Head downstairs for the hangout space - complete with a large TV and huge couch to catch the game, or break out a game night on the outdoor table just off the rec room.

The exterior of the home has multiple gathering areas, and nearly 360* of views. Bring your bikes to enjoy one of the most scenic rides right from the driveway. Drive over to the Disco Bike Park if you want some thrilling downhill mountain biking. Georgetown Lake is just 15 minutes away, with boat rentals & fishing tackle available at Moose Marina.
This home is dog friendly - 2 max. This property is in a rural location with lots of fields around. Be advised you may encounter wildlife while visiting, including deer, birds of prey, coyote, mice, spiders, insects and the occasional moose or bighorn sheep. Keep doors closed to help prevent their unwelcome visit.
