Stayed here 4 nights with my family and it was very good, clean, friendly staff, swimming pool was small but it was good to have and it was a 20-25 minutes walk to Disneyland. Continental breakfast was not very good so we decided to have it somewhere else

It’s ok to stay and not expect anything else. What they offer for breakfast is terrible and the have a lady guarding the what they call breakfast. We were running late and went to get 2 yogurts an apple an a banana. And a lady the guard I guess of the breakfast room with an attitude told me that I could not take it go. Only to eat there hahaha. So I left the items and left. My point is it was 4 items for a family of 7. I think that the most important thing in a hotel is to make the guest feel like home and not like a delinquent.

There were stacks of dirty mattresses by the dumpsters, the lamp shades wouldn’t stay on the lamps, there was something wrong with the water pipes they were making strange noises all night. At the “light breakfast” there were ants crawling on the counter.

The room we stayed in had a terrible urine smell as if we were in a park restroom. Additionally the shower towels had terrible stains. The room is simple overall and for 4 people they provided us with one mini shampoo and one mini bar of soap and i mean super super small and cheap. It felt way worser than a Motel 6.

I will never stand the hotel again with my family
The room it was a stink, the sink. It was broken the towels they are old. The toilet was not flush perfectly the best. It was a lot of Spot. The front door was not open easy so it’s not safe for family to stay. You know Noah’s gonna happen. Thank you.

Overall the location is what was the selling point here. Close to Disney the pool was small but had comfy chairs. There was hair all over the bathroom and on the floor. Beds are ok.

Hotel is only a 10 minute walk to Disneyland shuttle which I think is very convenient. Staff was also very friendly and helpful with every question I had. I also really love that they have complementary Tesla charging! I will definitely be booking again 🙂

Disneyland Trip
Continental Breakfast was lacking substantially and was also mandated by the hotel to not be taken back to the room. Luggage carts were not accessible. Elevator was very dirty with crumbs and garbage on the floor. Hotel charges for Ice on the ice machine. Jacuzzi was cold and the pool closes at 9pm.

El lugar es bueno , el hotel no es nada parecido a lo que dice en la descripcion , tiene servicio de cuarto un dia si y un dia no y te lo dicen en el establecimiento a la hoea de registrarte , el estacionamiento esta fatal , rara ocasion encuentras espacio , es mas parecido a un motel
