Last minute location.

Don't let the outside fool you. The room was really nice. Clean and comfortable. The only issue was the location. We were there to go to Disneyland so this location is a little further away than we normally do.

This is a terrible place. We had the family apartment which is nice and large but old outdated and in bad need of upgrades and repairs. Bathroom vanities are broke. Old stained towels. Not enough towels. We asked 3 times for more towels and never got them. There are 3 TVs in this place and none of them worked. We asked several times for the manager to come get them working and after the first time when they broke again he never came back. It’s also in a seedy neighborhood. Found a big roach in the tub the 2nd day there. Blankets smelled musty. When I first booked this place had good reviews. Very disappointed in this place and I would’ve cancelled and booked elsewhere had I had the real facts And pictures ..

When we arrived we were given a room in which the a/c and tv did not work. We spoke to the staff and they were able to accommodate a new room. Once we entered the new room we quickly checked the a/c and it worked however the tv was not working. We were a bit upset as we were expecting our paid services to work. I would rate it a 5/10

Pictures are not what they seem. Property is poorly kept. Rooms have scratches, holes, cracks that never got fixed or re painted. Bathroom remodels has poor craftsmanship.

This is by far the worse place we have ever stayed at. It was infested with cockroaches and either fleas or bedbugs. They would not move us into a different room. Nor did they seem to care about the condition of the room. The heath inspector should shut this place down. As well as many unsafe and building code violations.

On the outside the property was average run of the mill motel. I upgraded to the "apartment room" a living area with a kitchenette and separate bedroom. Room in itself was a little better than average and it was spacious. Large 55" TV in living room, however couldn't get ANY channels on it. In the bedroom was a smaller 32" TV equipped with spectrum. So thats where i watched. Kitchenette had absolutely nothing in it. Other that a typical mini-fridge and microwave, there was nothing but a portable hot plate...not even a coffee maker which is actually shown in site pics of the room. Very disappointing. Bathroom had a clogged sink and the TP roll holder wasn't able to hold a roll. Comfortable king bed, though. I got the $20 upgraded room and wasn't able to enjoy any of it. I would have been better off with the very basic room.

Not a family friendly hotel!

Do Not Book! I booked the 2 queen bedroom. When we checked into our room. It was dirty. The walls were dirty, couch was disgusting. There was broken, furniture even floor had broken title. Which I took pictures and videos of everything.

Room was amazing. Clean and very spacious. The staff was very accommodating. Everything u need minus the stove in a 2 bedroom apartment. You can fit 2/3 people in the king bed. 3 people in the bunk room wirh queen and twin bed 2 people in queen pull out couch 1 person in single twin bed. Bring a queen mattress and add 2 more people by the dining room. I will stay here again. Room 209.

Filthy, mold in bathroom, front door lock broken, Roaches, water took long time to heat up and didnt last long once heated!!!! Wifi wasnt working. No phone, no alarm clock. Mini refrigerator froze everything. No way to give it zero stars. Attendant came by room 15 minutes before check out to tell ua it was checkout time. The stay was just horrible. Be warned

It’s was dirty. There was a spider in the bathroom. The pullout couch was dirty and I asked him to change my sheets and they did it with some other dirty ones. It was just a horrible experience and the worst thing is we had to leave and get another hotel and I did not get my money back

The peron running thw place was very friendly and helpful. The photos on the website must be old. It is definitely misleading. I had dead bugs in my room and no hot water.

Really wanted to like this.. got a good deal on a family suite.. came with two queens, and a pull out double bed.. had a fridge and microwave and two tvs.. location was very scary.. lots of homeless and drug users.. roaches all in the bathroom.. sink barely worked.. and the shower never turned warm.. was very freezing.. house cleaning will clean rooms of the people who checked out but would disappear and leave their cart in the middle and leave the room door open for hours..and our room key quit working half way through our trip.. would’ve gotten a refund but we were there just three nights and ended up sucking it up..

It's a never again for me

First, I want to give the staff props for being nice, attentive, and responsive. The property itself, was old. This was a 3 night family trip and I should have gone with my first instinct when I saw the room, which was to find another hotel. But, I didn't want to go through the hassle of finding another hotel last mand most rooms were much more expensive. I also thought I've experienced worse. I should have taken pictures, I didn't I would need then because I don't usually leave reviews. There were stains on the walls that looked like squished bugs. There were silverfish; they don't normally bite and they thrive in humidity and that really didn't bother me, at least they weren't roaches. But, it was the last night, there was a tiny roach, maybe it was a different bug, but it sure looked like a roach, eh.. stayed at worse. The final straw and why I've written this review is that the morning we left, I took a shower (drains slow and hottish water is a hit or miss), I found a bug bite on my arm. No biggie, I was out and about and it could have happened anywhere. Then, I discovered a couple of bug bites on my son's arm that looked similar to mine. Bumps were not there before. Then found 3 more bites on me, on my arm and shoulder areas. The bites don't really itch, but are red and raised. I can't directly attribute it to staying at this hotel, but we've never experienced these kinds of non-itching bumps before and we've stayed at different hotels in the area.
