The rooms are run down and left dirty. The elevators sound like they are about to break and one of them was broken. Staff was unable to offer any help. First room had broken air conditioning and the staff did nothing after 2 hours of waiting for a repair man. The hotel shuttle service was late or so full you had to stand or wait for another ride. The restaurant was slow and got upset when i asked server to give me my 20% discount. I will never stay again.

Didnt love it. We had a basic room which was worn and dated. Broken bed springs. We were quickly and kindly moved to another room when we asked. Air conditioning out for the 3 days we were there, broken elevator the entire time we were there and hot tub in such poor condition I cant imagine it ever being usable again. One of three shuttles apparently broke down and drivers were over an hour late for pickup, ended up getting a Lyft. Staff were overall very good but you could feel the "ghost town" vibe in regards to staff shortages. Housekeeping only offered after 3 night stay and then you have to proactively ask for it. Breakfast was basic but decent enough. Private parties/events took over courtyard and pool area and hotel guests were just out of luck. Overall meh.

The setup is unique. It felt like a castle in modern times. The 2 different restaurants on the property, the game room, and gift shop make it worth staying there.It isn't far from Disneyland or Downtown Disney. Staff was very helpful and engaging.

A/C was broken on arrival (82 degrees in the room). Pleasant repairman did get it fixed in about an hour. Ice machine on our floor was broken, reported, never fixed. Only one regular coffee packet in room each three days, and no free coffee anywhere else ($5 for a do-it-yourself large to go at Deli). Mexican buffet was very bland, but blackened salmon was very good.

Really pretty hotel with great decorations from Disney Halloween. Checking in at night, staff was very rude and didn’t even explain where my room was. It ended up being at another busking and had to ask another staff for help.

Expensive. WiFi charges money otherwise super slow. Vending machine at my floor always gives me coke first even I choose water (and it has water). No room cleaning service in the three days I stayed. Bath is so old, water cannot fully goes up fully to shower but some goes out below for the tub.
