The service, staff along with the location of the hotel is just perfect. On top of that, complimentary breakfast was a BONUS! It’s a short walk to Denny’s, bus stop & Toy Story parking for free shuttle to the parks! They also have this cute little pool to cool off at after a long day! Love it!

I loved this hotel. I come to Anaheim every year to visit Disney. This hotel has friendly, it was very clean, the pool was a great temperature and was clean and always stocked with towels. The people that did the breakfast were so nice and breakfast was good. I have no complaints at all. There are many restaurants within walking distance. Toy Story parking lot is right down the street and you can walk there and ride for free.

Room was a bit dated but clean. Pool and hot tub were great. All of the staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful. Plenty of room for parking and very close to Disney parking lot shuttle location. Restaurants within easy walking distance.

After our original hotel plans didn’t work out due to maintenance issues and subpar amenities, we luckily were able to find a room at the Best Western Raffles Inn just a block away. The room was updated, clean and had a nice sized fridge and microwave. The pool and hot tub were under repairs but the Hilton next door allowed us to use their pools! The cleaning staff was great, the front desk staff was amazing and the two folks working there breakfast room were amazing! This was the most friendly staff I’ve ever encountered outside of Hawaii. They hooked us up with the best time saving tip of all when they showed us how to catch the shuttle bus to Disneyland from the Toy Story parking lot which is a 5 minute walk from the hotel. Saved us an hour every day and lots of money versus three paid ART shuttle. We will be back!!

I’m quite impressed with this hotel. The price was right, it’s very conveniently located near the Toy Story parking lot where you can take the bus to Disneyland or you can walk 10 min to get there. Room was comfortable, beds were nice, included breakfast was a life saver and it was delicious. Staff was truly nice. I’m definitely staying there again.
