The common areas are clean and maintained okay but above the first floor is a filthy, worn out hotel in need of updating. Carpet is frayed and filthy black. Wall paper is just off in some places showing the prior paper. Our light blocking curtains were so old that they were starting to have little holes in them showing light. Location is awesome but I wouldn’t stay here again. Service was fine. Bare minimum.

Very nice hotel. We had a few hiccups with loud children in the pool area. And only 1 elevator working. Everything else was nice. Breakfast buffet was pretty good as well.

Staff member the night we checked in was extremely rude to us, gave us the keycard and didn’t give us any directions! The noise was so terrible you could hear everything going on to the point I could not get any sleep! Our beds were not properly made, had to ask for bathroom towels everyday took 2 hours for them to bring to us! All I could smell was marijuana from the room next door felt super unsafe! Do yourself a favour and don’t book here if you have family and kids!

Our family stays here for our Disneyland visit. It’s far from the park but a pretty quick Uber drive. We had the pool to ourselves one night. The kiddos loved the arcade. The breakfast is so worth it! Staff was quick and super friendly as well.
