Very convenient for Disney! It would be great if they were able to offer some solution for parking for guests checking out but going to disney that day. We had to move our car by 12noon and had try to find a parking garage. Wish we had known before arriving to make better plans.

Stayed here while at Disneyland. It was very convenient for walking to and from Disneyland/ California adventure and downtown Disney. Only place closer was the BW? We stayed at the main hotel, so it was closer than the other areas which were more like a motor in with walk-ups or outside the door parking. If you do get a ground level in that area, there’s no reserved parking to park outside of our room fyi. It’s just a free-for-all with perimeter parking and a large parking lot. The main hotel has a single elevator for 6 storeys - would have been nice to have two. The top floor is the rooftop bar which was nice but closed early on weekdays. Room, itself, was fine. Nothing to get excited about. But again, location was great. Beds were comfy but if you’re like us you’re out early and home late. Oh, my biggest complaint was that the pool area DIDN'T HAVE A BATHROOM!!?? You were expected to walk to the hotel lobby or go back to your room which was ridiculous from a hygiene perspective (pool is in the parking lot area). Cost was high and value wasn’t great but again, location was perfect and you know you’re going to get taken anywhere in the Disneyland area. Overall I’d stay here again.

I did request room facing Disney...maybe next time since staying again for New Years. Quick Trip
Our family came down for a quick trip to Disney. We chose this hotel for the location to the park entrance. The rooms are small compared to some other hotels we have stayed at nearby. However the distance for walking to Disney is so nice. The beds definitely aren’t the most comfortable, but for a quick trip we can manage. It is clean and the staff are friendly. The hotel lobby is decorated super cute for Christmas right now too.

This hotel was ok... the elevator broke when we were there and the roof top bar/restaurant was not open like it was suppose to be. The housekeeping staff was very friendly though. It was fine for sleeping before going to disney.

Concierge was unprofessional when I checked in. I was being helped while another customer was getting the attention of the person helping me and another person from front desk. Taking away the attention of the other customer. Concierge were rude with all customers. Elevator was out with no signs indicating it was out. Checking out same issues the concierge were rude and were not helpful at all. No one was in the front for valet. Even though there was a sign saying someone should be there on site.

The facility has low quality walls in between rooms and you are able to hear other guest speaking to each other, also maintenance is not kept up, the shower was not working and was such a problem as guest, we tried to get compensation for these inconveniences and was told since booked with a third party there was nothing they could do. Don’t recommend.
