Well it was under construction. It was hectic to get around. A lot of noice, distraction, dust, very unpleasant to be around. Hidden fees like it is crazy. I will never stay here again. There are better places for better prices around Anaheim. The room was dirty. Stains here and there. The restroom was wiped but looked like they had cleaned it with something dirty. It smelled of must or wet for whatever reason. Not going to lie. Was disappointed from hosting last year. Over all o give it one or two stars. It has gone down in quality and higher on prices.

Amazing views from a beautiful room
Amazing customer service and a beautiful room. I would’ve given it 4.5 stars though because the construction in the lobby makes it so there is no grandness when you arrive. That said, I’m sure once it’s done it will be lovely. Just wish for the price that I would’ve walked into a place that looks nice. Also the room I had reserved wasn’t available because they had overbooked, which was frustrating. That said, I was upgraded to a really nice room on the top floor with a great view, so two thumbs up for them! Being able to text for any concierge help was really nice. The bed was so comfortable, the shower was huge and modern and the room was nicely decorated. I recommend staying there!

Old hotel + bad service = not coming back
My room had no hot water. After switching rooms, house keeping never paid me a visit for the duration of my stay (despite the room being unoccupied from 9 am to 8 pm). I called the front desk to request service at 8:30 pm only to receive a curt response to the effect of "sorry, there are no more housekeepers on site." To make it worse, the hotel is falling apart. The entire place and rooms are outdated. The bathrooms are tiny and grimy. Furniture in the rooms is falling apart. The iron didn't work. The location and gym are the only redeeming qualities. Overall, not at all worth the price. Will not return.

I was in town for a conference. I arrived early in the day & asked for suggestions to explore before I could check in. I was handed a map of restaurants & told that Disney was a mile away in one direction, & Target a mile in the other, then dismissed. Not particularly helpful. Hotel improvements that are expected long into next year, were loud & started outside my window at 7am. Housekeeping came daily, but what was cleaned or replaced was inconsistent. Overall, I had higher, unmet, expectations.

I like how this property was pretty close driving distance and walking distance to Disneyland. The hotel is way to big in my option that we got lost 3 times trying to find our room on our floor just because there are so many hallways and it felt like a mouse maze, not the best for small tired children. The food court closed super early and the only restaurant and room service was over priced. We ended up leaving to find food. Also they had the fun splash water area locked off with the water running, which was disappointing if you had kids watching wanting to play. Would not recommend this place for families with small children. The bed was comfy and room quiet. Clean bathroom. They have Starbucks in their lobby which helps.

Wasn't a great stay at all. Very run down, construction started way too early. Sink didn't work. Walls are paper thin, could hear the person next to me talking on the phone as if they were in my room.

Lousy trip for a wonderful occasion
Arrived at hotel, which is under renovation and they said that the room with the balcony that I ordered was on the floor, which they were renovating and they were going to upgrade us to a room on the top floor room on the top floor, but it was part of the suite Only partial furnishing in it no chested drawers no almost anything that you would request. Also, the day we were there did not do room service so we got no towels. The beds weren’t all in all the place was terrible.
