The customer service personnel were quick and friendly. Checking in was effortless. Price was very reasonable. The room is small but clean and tighty. Outside noise is very noticeable from the room, our room was pretty close to the street. My main reason for leaving a low rating was the bed. It was so worn out and uncomfortable. I weight 250lbs and my wife is 115. We both kept falling into the middle of the bed where there was a visible indent in the matress. I'd sit up in bed and feel like I'm touching the box spring through the matress. If we had a decent matress I really wouldn't say anything negative about our visit.

We have stayed there many times before while attending Disneyland. Was unaware or did not pay attention that they now charge parking and do not serve continental breakfast no longer. So those two things will make us choose another hotel in the future. But the service and staff was great

Very close to Disneyland for the cost! Amazing front desk staff and pool and hot tub were surprisingly nice. Bathroom situation was not ideal in our queen bed room, but for the price you can’t really complain. Everything else was amazing!

The people who label this as a ‘hidden gem’ aren’t lying! It’s clean, quiet, spacious and affordable! Check-in staff were friendly and fast. Within (15-20 min.) walking distance of Disneyland. Oh, and did I mention…AFFORDABLE? We will most definitely be back!

We weren’t inform of the strike prior to our arrival. Due to the strike the property lack amenities. A lot of property in the resort were close due to strike. We were told to get our own towels and no room cleaning. The first room we were given smell like cigarettes and room was poorly clean. It was very disappointing.

Not the best but it'll do
Room was decent. Had a moldy smell everytime you enteted the room or used the AC, however, the AC did blow very cold but it created more of a moldy smell when used. The shower pressure wasn't the best. Beds were comfortable & the area was quiet (except for the crying babies rooming next to us - very thin walls) Our original TV wasn't working properly but they swapped it out for a newer & bigger one the next day when I asked. Parking is no longer free - $15 per night. Area is nice, it's located right next to the Garden Walk which has many places to eat. Overall, the room is a little bit outdated but for the price, it was okay.

Place was clean, older style but staff was extremely helpful when we arrived before check in time. Easy walk to Disneyland. Not a big fancy hotel but I think that for the price it was a great deal and a good experience. Already booked again for another future 2 night stay.

Good For a Quick Stay
The stay was good for a couple nights at a location close to Disneyland and GardenWalk. Front desk, room and pool/hot tub areas were clean and maintained. Staff were friendly. No breakfast that I know of is offered.
