Stayed 6 nights for less than 1 at Disneyland hotel. Took the savings and spent some of it on Lightning Lanes for select days. 15-minute walk to the park. Staff were AWESOME and friendly (especially Nick and Mercedes). Room was quiet and clean, and bed / pillows were very comfortable. I just needed a room to sleep in and it was perfect for that. Will be staying there again next year.

Upon getting into my room and checking it over, there was questionable glass on the floor. There was tons of hair in the bathroom area sink area also a very disgusting thing on head board. Light switch’s had sticky stuff on them. The policy is second day house cleaning service had not cleaned my room before 4 PM. They did send a housekeeper up, but I just asked for fresh towels because I was so tired. I will say all the staff was kind and respectful also, the walkways were. Staff was informative of surrounding area. The saying you pay for what you get was true to this hotel the price was cheap.

Convenient location
The room was pretty big for a Motel 6. Please off room for a family and luggage. Walking distance from the House of Blues and the Downtown Disney/ Disneyland areas. Snack shop located in the lobby area. I felt very safe walking in the neighborhood. Now for that cons: The staff at reception was not very friendly and seemed rather annoyed at me during my check-in. Perhaps it was just and off day. Next was the bathroom sink in my room. The water pressure was next level. I tuned on the sink and was blasted with water and I had to turn it down to a trickle to wash my face or brush my teeth. Finally is that there is noise pollution from families getting up early, making noise, on their way in and out. I could hear every rolling bag and hear every conversation as people walked past my room. Since my room was located near the elevator it was pretty constant.

The photos on this site are very deceiving. I don't usually stay at Motel 6, but based off photos, a couple good reviews and the fact that were tired from being at Disneyland all day is the reason we decided to stay. The lady at the front desk was a little rude, they charged like $70 for parking (we had 2 cars, but thats still a lot for parking at a motel 6. The room was dirty and 1of the beds had hair on it like the sheets weren't washed. Bathroom was very dingy.

Last minute trip so I was fully prepared to get whatever…. To my surprise it was perfect! 3 min drive from Toy Story parking lot. I saw people walking from the park…. The loudest noise I heard was a parent telling a kid to stop running because people were sleeping… mind you I never heard the kid. It was a great place and we will be staying again.

Convenient to Disney but inconvenient for me.
1. Checked in to find a sign on the front desk advising customers that a $20/night parking fee was enacted in Sep. 24. Nothing was mentioned about that on the Hotels.com site. So, there was $40 extra that I was not planning on spending. 2. The desk clerk advised us NOT to expect our room cleaned daily due to being shorthanded. 3. The sleeping area of the room seemed clean but the bathroom was filthy. The shower was not clean and there was still urine (that splashed out of the toilet) on the floor. Needless to say, I wore my shower shoes in the room for the entire stay. 4. The pool and hot tub were closed (no explanation 5. The ice machine located near my room was not functional. I do not recommend this establishment until they fix their many, many issues.

The worker named Nick helped us so much and made our experience amazing!! Perfect location as well nice and clean and only a 15 minute walk from the parks! Definitely recommend staying here and once again Mr Nick gave us the VIP experience!

Motel is about a 15 min walk to Disneyland or a $6 Lyft ride which is convenient. Restroom could be a little cleaner but you get what you paid for so I wasn’t upset, just cleaned up the hair myself. Overall all was great.

Unexpected parking fee, their site states one thing but was charged another at the counter. The light in the bathroom did not work and each morning was awoken early (7ish) with construction or remodeling happening outside the room.
