It was fair but too many shady lowclass people hanging about. Wallpaper coming off wall. Door jams let cold breezes in because there is no insulation. Usb lamp sockets broken.

everything was pretty good except for The receptionist is very angry and was asked to provide an emergency bathroom just to urinate and she told us to go in front of a jack in the box that was in front

Check in clerk at night was on his cell phone the entire time I checked in. He kept talking to the person (clearly just personal call) and would only whisper what he needed from me. Our room was clean, but had hair all in the towels and scattered here and there, the bed was not very comfortable at all, the light outside were super bright and the blinds wouldn’t blacken out the room, and the corner room near the road was super loud with people talking and cars driving by.

This was a really nice motel! I liked the mid-century modern style of my room and the lobby. The wallpaper was unique and colorful. Were those pictures of Bob Dylan I saw? They have a very cool feature where you can control the brightness of the bedside lamps by simply touching the base! The TV was easy to use and the bed was fairly comfortable. The clerk at the lobby, however, was talking to someone on his earphone while he was helping me check in. Pay attention to your client next time. Overall it was a clean, stylish place to stay and I'll definitely come back if the price is right! Thanks Anaheim Sig!

First, when they gave us our room key they gave us an already occupied room so we were greated by a very intimidating man as we were trying to break into his room. Needless to say everyone was scared and confused. The key they gave us did have the ability to open his door but luckily he had the safetylock in place so it didn't allow us to fully open it. Secondly, the room directly next to us were smoking non cigarette products so the smell came into our room. Thirdly, on our way back from getting ice-cream we had an amazing view of people doing illegal substances inside of their truck. And Finally the cherry on top, my little sister went to take a shower and as she was taking the "clean" towel that had been put in our room a medium sized spider.... A BROWN RECLUSE! was relaxing on it. My husband and I have stayed here multiple times in the last 8 years back to when it was a Days Inn and we will NEVER be coming back. I know that half of the above is hard to controlled by a facility as they did have the cops doing laps in the lot but the spider REALLY did us in.

Don't be fooled from exterior appearance.
Really not sure what all the other low star ratings are for....but I was VERY happy with my 3 nights 4 day stay here. Got checked in promptly and smoothly by a nice young woman name Diana. She was a total delight to have met and served by. It's not often we come across an employee in the hospitality industry that has true world class customer service skills, Diana does. Also my room was very clean, comfortable bed, nice shower, clean fridge and microwave. The housekeeping team lead by Maribel was such a blessing. I was warmly greeted by them day 1 of my stay and all my sheets and towels were nice and clean for my stay. I will definitely stay here again when I visit SoCal in the future.

The staff was rude. They really tried to rip us off when we first got there trying to say one of their staff forgot to place our card on file so now we will pay more but when I explain I booked through Expedia which already has my card info they seemed annoyed. Then our room key wasn’t working. Every night we had to go to the front office for them to give us a new one. The room was dirty, the towels were dirty and rough and the water was murky.

Don’t be fooled by the pictures. It is a very small room. We got a room with two queen beds and they are not queen. They’re both full beds. It smells musty. The shower took 10 min for the hot water to come. It is very noisy at night because of the gelato shop across the street. You’ll hear motorcycles and cars for a while. The front lady wasn’t the friendliest either. I wish I would’ve gotten her name. But the only good thing about this place is the housekeepers. The ladies that cleaned our room were very friendly, cleaned our room very well and always had towels and toilet paper. Every night we came back to our room, our beds were made nicely and they placed our kids toys very neatly on the beds. It was a cute and thoughtful gesture. Wish I would’ve taken a picture.

I had booked a reservation at this location requesting to pay at the hotel and even did a pre registration for my stay on the day of my reservation. After driving for 6 hours we finally tried to check in and we were greeted with the front desk telling me that my reservation was cancelled. When I questioned the cancellation I got no explanation but that it was cancelled and they were fully booked. Once I contacted Expedia it turned out that the hotel tried to charge my card that was cancelled due to fraud before my check in and after it was rejected they automatically cancelled my reservation without a notice. I would not recommend this hotel due to the lack of service and communication regarding my reservation.
