The towels in the bedroom were noticeable over used(grey spots). I did not shower because I was uncomfortable using their towels. No hand soap, just a small bar soap. The floor was dirty with chunks of stuff. I checked out as soon as I woke up. Also left my phone charger in the room and to my surprise they said the room was empty. Will never go back. Spend an extra 50 dollars and go to the Marriott.

Staff checked other guests into our room so we had people trying to get into our room at 1am. No apologies or care by the hotel for scaring our children. Room keys did not work and had to get new ones each day. Would not recommend this hotel. Long walk to Disney

Over all it was not a bad stay the one issue was that none of the vending machines worked and there is no location on the property to buy any snack or drink not a big deal but annoying. The room was basic but clean I had no issues about the room itself it had everything I needed and the bed was comfortable. I did not try the breakfast so I can not say anything about that. The staff were nice and the hotel held our bags after check out so we could still do the day at Disney before our flights. I am back in a few months and decided to rebook here as I will rarely be in the room so it meets my needs. It’s also a quick Uber to the parks.
