Check in was convenient and speedy. The staff was very friendly. The rooms were clean. I do have to mention that the hotel had the most comfortable pillows and beds. Overall, I would definitely return. The only issue I had was the ART bus times. This is not the fault of the hotel, but added way more time to our travel to and from Disney.

Staff was friendly and shuttle was extremely close and easy-to-use to Disneyland. The bad, walls are super thin can hear people walking down hall and chatting. Almost seemed like they were right outside our door. Also the bathroom, water pressure wasn't great and I don’t know who decided to install the toilet paper holder that close to the toilet, sticking so far out you literally had to sit sideways to use. I thought I found a decent hotel for our Disney trips that wouldn't hurt your pocket bookbut I didn't and won't be returning.

We booked at this hotel as it was a really affordable option for our Disneyland vacation. It was a 5-8 min drive using Uber service which was great. The hotel staff was friendly and although we could not check in early they were nice enough to take our bags and securely store them. The hotel room was nice enough but the rooms could be cleaned better, especially the floors, and the bathroom could use some maintenance. Moldy walls, and crumbling drywall and peeling paint being the culprit. I would nonetheless recommend this as an option as it was fairly priced, and close to the park.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was a issue. No where to park, other people that didnt stay at property parked there to take the bus to disneyland so there wasnt parking for those of us who stayed at Hotel and paid to parking.

Overall stay was good. Toilet clogged, however they were very quickly to fix it. Neighbors were loud throughout night causing a sleepless night. Late checkout was expensive but worth it.
