Overall, it was a decent and clean hotel. A safe and quiet place to sleep at night. The pool area was pretty nice and well kept during our stay. I found some staff members to be quite friendly but others were a little unwelcoming. To me it seemed as though it didn’t matter whether or not I had a super positive experience to the staff as they were not very inspired to go above and beyond. Rooms are comfortable and clean but basic. I recommend bringing your own pillow as the pillows go flat ASAP. I did enjoy the shower in the room. Downstairs restaurant and bar wasn’t really impressive in my opinion. To sum it up, you get what you pay for.

Perfect base for Disneyland
We traveled as a family with teens and had a family suite with seperate lounge area which was nice and plentiful of space. All areas of the hotel are clean and well maintained and the rooms / beds comfy. We used the onsite shop and bar a couple of times with both services were convenient after a long day in the parks. It’s approx 10 minutes walk to the park gates and the area felt very safe walking both day and night. Lots of restaurant options all close by outside of the parks too but as we were only staying a few nights we mainly ate in the parks but we did visit the cheesecake factory one evening which was nice and good value. Really lovely hotel, wouldn’t hesitate staying again.

Prepaid for hotel and drove 8 hours to Disneyland called in advance to let them know I’ll be checking in around midnight was told everything would be fine. Showed up after a long day at Disneyland to be told I can not check in because I am 19. After arguing with the hotel clerk about how this rule makes no sense and you can’t kick us out to the curb like this they finally gave in and let me and my girlfriend stay with the condition we’ll be kicked out in the morning. In the morning I went to talk to the hotel manager and was told everything would be fine and we can stay. There was zero apologies or care about us almost getting kicked to the curb in the middle of the night. Don't advertise your hotel as close to Disneyland and family friendly if you treat legal adults like trash!
