We had an incredible stay at this hotel! Though we did not fully use the amenities still it is very pleasing to us that they have such. It would be nicer if we have microwave in our room but other than that we had such a great stay! Bellmen in this hotel are awesome also their housekeepers make the room super clean. I recently stayed at the Viv Hotel for 3 nights, and I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the service I received. From the moment I checked in, I repeatedly asked for two simple pairs of slippers, but despite my requests, the staff consistently forgot to provide them. When I reached out again to ask, I was met with an appalling level of rudeness. This is supposed to be a five-star hotel, yet I spent three days walking around my room without any slippers. The lack of basic amenities and the dismissive attitude of the staff made my stay incredibly uncomfortable. If you’re expecting luxury and courteous service, DO NOT waste your money here. This experience was far below what I expected, and I will not be returning.

We liked that the hotel was very clean and modern. There was excellent service when we needed something. Adam was very helpful with our bags. We had reserved two rooms and he delivered the bags to each room on different floors. He also made sure our refrigerator was stocked with water bottles. The Viv will definitely be our go to hotel for our stays in Anaheim. We love the proximity to the Disney Parks.

Overall a good place to stay if you going to Disneyland. The bedding was clean but had some wear and tear. Things were clean and the pool nice for lounging. The restaurant was ok some good options and some options.

The hotel is very new and was comfortable for a short trip to Disney for a family of 4. Liked the option of bunk beds for the kids. The pool area was nice and there was hardly anyone using it. Great drinks and food available inside the restaurant.
