This property is not Disney friendly at all. The laundry was only opened 9am-9pm. Not good hours for Disney goers! Also.. thr breakfast was really limited. Toast with jam or butter, waffles with syrup, bagels with cream cheese. Some fruit like Bananas or small apples. Juice and cereal. Coffee.

Great place to stay if you’re going to the theme parks. Walking distance is doable and not terrible. Staff is great and accommodating and room was nice.

Pros: *close to Disneyland right across the street, parking was safe and convenient. Cons: * housekeeping never cleaned our room once in the 3 days we were there we had to track them down to get extra toilet paper and we took out our own trash due to them never coming. * the room was outdated, tv only used antenna I called to ask how to use WiFi or casting and the front desk told me he didn’t know how. So if you like cable I wouldn’t recommend it’s all old tv channels and more than half are in different languages. * found some spiders on the bed, the restroom has stains on the walls and the shower head was broken. It wasn’t a horrible hotel, we were comfortable enough but we went on a 3 day vacation and we like to have cable tv and our room cleaned. We loved the area it was in and it was safe but for the price it should be updated and housekeeping would have made it way better.

Rooms were clean and looked to be recently upgraded. Spacious. Light on the toiletry amenities. The area around the property lacks places to grab a meal. Close to freeways. Gas station and mini mart right next door. Walking distance (about 20-25 minutes) to Downtown Disney and the parks.

First day was early into the area- checked in and had our room available. Toilet backed up the first day. Called to get it cleared and was handed a plunger. Other than that it was a smooth weekend stay. Easy walk to Disneyland. Breakfast was typical- bagel, bread, waffle, and cereal with coffee, orange juice, and milk. Construction is going on, but did not hear any of it and no dirt on the car. Big plus was that you don’t hear a lot of the noise outside the room.

Great location if you are going to Disneyland. The rooms were clean but front desk was very unhelpful and not attentive. Breakfast was horrible, if you are going with kids make sure you take extra food. There wasn’t high expectations for free breakfast, but all that was included was a waffle machine, milk and cereal. Most places with free breakfast have juice and options of yogurt.
