Shocked that Expedia list this property. Should have walked out. Pull into a half burned out building. Nasty carpets, smokey rooms. No elevator, complained to walk and fight it out with my cc company, then miraculously was offered a slightly better room on the first floor. Don’t stay here.

Terrible Experience
We stayed at this hotel for a day before our Alaska cruise. The hotel was not even close to as advertised. One half of the hotel complex had a serious fire and was boarded up. That part of the hotel was occupied by homeless people. Our room that we were assigned was being used by someone else when we checked in. We found the room occupied and the bed un-made. There were holes in the walls and the room as dirty. We told the front desk and they gave us another room. The room was not occupied but the condition was the same as the first room they gave us. The included breakfast was straight from the local costco and there were only 2 seats for our group to sit. Our flight was cancelled the day before due to bad weather and we called the hotel to let them know. They told us it would not be a problem. we found out when we got back that they charged us for 2 nights and for two rooms. Not happy at all with the experience and we have had no luck with getting a refund for the unused night.

The person at the desk thay gave me my room key . Assign me to another person's room.I was with my husband and my child.When I opened the door there was a naked man standing in the room having him time . when I went to the front desk.They didn't even bat a eye and just gave me a new room which was not a lovly room .didnt apologized didn't say nothing

Wow!! Just wow!
The room was huge!! Fulls size kitchen, spacious bedroom and big bathroom. It was phenomenal!! The only negative was the vending machines.

half the building was demolished. The rooms looked like they were partially refurbished. A lot of police presence... didn't make me feel safe. The staff was OK. Not clean on outside of building...property not well maintained

The hotel that was booked and prepaid,was burned down, with a sign that said go to the hotel in back. I did and my room was a dump. Drunks running up and down the stairs all night, and puking outside the outside door, right next to my room. Will never stay their again and will not recommend this hotel.

Full size fridge if you need. Good staff. Rooms spacious. It’ll be a big plus if the hotel is refresh. Carpet really needs tlc

For the price, you get what you pay for. The building itself is old and the maintenance within the building/rooms was sloppy. The bed was firm but comfortable. There was people posted up in the parking lot rummaging through their car till 2am the place is located in a known high traffic area for drug users.

Breakfast is no longer offered during the winter and they still have signs posted on walls in the lobby displaying what time breakfast is available in the lobby. Asked for ice bucket after I checked into my room because there was no ice bucket .. it's been 4 nights now and I still don't have an ice bucket Extending my stay and was asked for a $200 deposit after I had already checked in and had already paid for the additional night. This room was paid with a credit card
