The room was filthy with stuff running down the walls and grim in the bathroom. The room was so old and rundown, paid over $225.00 for 1 night. Do not recommend this stay!

All but a few of the TV channels were infomercials. The room was literally 100 degrees in late September because its next to the boiler room and I almost had to tell them to give me my $ back and sleep in the truck till they reluctantly gave me another room. The shower sucked and even though I never expected much from the “breakfast” I was severely disappointed. Only stay here if you need to sleep and don’t have a sleeping bag.

Budget hotel for a budget price
I'd say the hotel is a decent place for the price. I thought it was reasonably clean. Some things to know - there is no air conditioning, not surprising since this is Alaska. The room was overly warm each evening (we were there in late September) but we could open the window and let in plenty of cold air and get the temperature just right. You should also know that there's no microwave or fridge in the room. None was promised so that's fine, just be aware in case you were asuming they'd have them. The hotel is three stories tall and has an elevator. I would stay here again.

The walls are thin and the neighboring room was very loud until very late. Didn’t get much sleep. We told the desk and it didn’t make much difference.

Nice hotel overall. Parking not the best. The occupants in the room next to me were a bit noisy. Kept me awake until after midnight. They had a do not disturb sign hung on the door, yet people kept knocking on thei door until after midnight.

This was my second time staying here, the last time being in 2017. The property seems to have been worn in a bit. My room was just okay. The continental breakfast was decent, however. I would stay here again because this place is priced right. For Alaska, it is hard to find a better place and deal.

The property was good enough for a short hour or overnight stay. Well, our bed was not that comfortable to sleep on it's kinda sinking. The carpet was not that clean it was dusty when i walked on foot. Anyways, the staff was very helpful and there's a free breakfast.
