As Alaskan residents we always stay here when we travel up from Seward however, I don’t like the fact that you are charging a resort fee of $20.00 per night. It’s deceptive and may force us to shop elsewhere in the future. Please reconsider this so called “Resort Fee “

The location is great—easy to get around Anchorage and nearby sites. From the listing, I thought it was a bit more upscale than it is. But it was comfortable, quiet and a good place. The staff were friendly and professional.

Next to the lake was a huge plus, although needs transportation to the city or train station. Most of the staffs were very friendly and professional. Easy transportation from hotel to the airport. The Room we stayed at has a sliding bathroom door, not a fan of that. Overall a good place to stay for our vacation.
