Although upon check in my unit had a ant infestation problem I laid down and felt something tingling on my feet looked down and I was being eaten alive after running downstairs to the front desk they immediately upgraded my unit and offered free dry cleaning of all my clothes they truly did do whatever they could to make up for the experience so with that I would recommend this property to anyone visiting the area.

The hotel is a block away from Walking street. The Duke restaurant is excellent but a bit pricy. My room is fine but the hot water took time to come out. The room had a funky smell. The room needs to be sprayed with room deoderant.

Had an OK time
I had an ok experience at the hotel. I had an incident where 2 staff members were joking with a dark-skinned Filipino staff member calling him a beluga. I'm married to a Filipina so I understand some Tagalog. And I know that Baluga is a bad name for black or dark-skinned people. My wife confronted the two staff members and told them not to use that language anymore. the staff never apologized to me. But over all the hotel and the people were great. I would stay there again.

I like that the bar and restaurant was open 24 hours a day and you can swim all day the staff was excellent I hurt my foot at a different place and they came and gave me bandages everybody was very very nice there

Score Birds is an excellent experience. The place was spotlessly clean. The entire staff, especially Milky and Precious, were friendly and very eager to help in any way desired, and the location is great. The restaurant and bar are both great, and the food was AMAZING. :-) I will definitely stay here again next time I come to the Philippines.

Score Birds is my go to for lodging when traveling to Angeles City. The staff is incredible - friendly, courteous and ALWAYS helpful. I could spend more money for a hotel. But, I could never match the service. It would be a step down for certain. Love the place.
