The house is located in a peaceful area of Angoulins, 400m from the sea. The small port of Plaisance is 20 minutes' walk away, the sandy beaches of La Platère and Châtelaillon are close and accessible by bicycle via the cycle paths that run along the coast or through the marshes.
Angoulins is a seaside village perfectly located between Chatellaillon (3km) and La Rochelle (7km). Ideal for the practice of sport and leisure on the beach, the rental is located near the kitesurf spot of Aytré beach, the golf course (8km), the thalassotherapy center (4km), the aquatic center of Chatelaillon (swimming pool and water games for children). The numerous cycle paths crisscross the region between La Rochelle, Chatelaillon and Rochefort. La Rochelle and its old port offers a superb giant aquarium, its maritime museum, its 19th century market and its many shops under arcades. The seaside resort of Chatelaillon-plage is easily accessible by bicycle or car. Its superb beach during the day and its casino at night will allow you to spend pleasant moments. Take advantage of a hot day to embark on the island of Aix, an exclusively pedestrian island with bucolic landscapes.

Une très belle location entre La Rochelle et Rochefort

Tout confort, joliment décorée et parfaitement équipée, cette location est située dans un quartier calme d'Angoulins, une mignonne petite commune entre La Rochelle et Rochefort. Great location for a nice holiday

We booked this accommodation for a family of six (kids between 4 months and 10 years) and one additional adult. Since the house has basically three separate rooms with a shower and washing machine + kitchen each, it was very convenient to live there. Patrice and Maite are very welcoming and helpful in every concern and gave us good tips for further trips. We would definitely come back! Thank you for the wonderful accommodation!

Une charmante petite maison

Tout était parfait. La maison est comme décrite dans l'annonce. Le logement est d'une propreté incroyable. Les propriétaires sont d'une gentillesse et font preuve d'un accueil chaleureux..en plus une délicate attention à notre arrivée qui nous a fait plaisir. La localisation est bien, il faut privilégier le vélo pour se rendre aux différentes plages : plus pratique, économique et agréable.. D'ailleurs on peut facilement ranger les vélos sur la terrasse. La région est propice aussi bien au farniente sur la plage qu'aux visites de nombreux sites comme la Rochelle, Rochefort, l'île d'aix. Vous pouvez réserver en toute tranquillité..

Petite maison bien placée entre La Rochelle et Chatelaillon Plage. Nous avons loués des vélos pour se déplacer car il y a des pistes cyclables très accessibles. Maison très propre, bien équipée et bien située. Literie confortable… Nous avons été très bien accueilli et avons passé une belle semaine 😊

Traumhafte Unterkunft in wunderschöner Gegend

Die Unterkunft war für unsere Famienstruktur ein Traum: Die älteren Kinder hatten jeweils eine kleine Einliegerwohnung mit eigenem Badezimmer, Toilette und Küche, was ihnen ein Gefühl von Eigenständigkeit und Freiheit gegeben hat. Die Wohnung ist insgesamt perfekt ausgestattet, modern eingerichtet und - gerade bei Hitze - schon kühl. Die Vermieterin war außerordentlich freundlich und jederzeit ansprechbar. Auf der schönen Terrasse haben wir gern gesessen. Es war ganz sicher eine unserer besten Ferienwohnungen, die wir vorbehaltlos empfehlen können!

Grand espace bien aménagé

Très bien en tout point. Un bémol: l escalier raide qui sépare le rez de jardin du salon et chambres du rez-de-chaussée. Il peut être dangereux pour des jeunes enfants et personnes âgées.

Pour commencer un grand merci aux propriétaires pour leurs disponibilités et leur sympathie. Nous étions 8 et nous avons passé 2 semaines très agréables dans une maison très propre et bien équipée dans un quartier calme. Excellent séjour dans la maison de location et à Angoulins

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances en famille dans cette maison de location. -La maison est très bien : grande, jolie, très propre et bien équipée. -L'accueil très chaleureux et la disponibilité des propriétaires est agréable. -Notre séjour à Angoulins nous a permis aussi d'aller visiter plusieurs villes du département de la Charente Maritime (Aytré, Châtelaillon Plage, Fouras, La Rochelle...) et l'Ile de Ré. -Nous avons gardé un très bon souvenir de cette maison de location et nous sommes motivés pour y retourner un jour. Séjour très agréable

Nous avons passé une semaine agréable à 8 dans la maison (4 adultes et 4 enfants). La maison est bien située, au calme, avec un petit jardinet. A noter qu’il faut prendre la voiture (5min), pour aller à la grande plage de Chataillon (plus adaptée aux enfants). Angoulins est un lieu de séjour idéal pour rayonner dans la région (a proximité Oléron, Aix, Ré, La Rochelle ...). La maison est en fait la réunion de 2 studios et 1 appartement. Il y a un escalier raide, à déconseiller avec des jeunes enfants. Cette réunion d’appartements offre tous les équipements en triple... rien ne manque.

Superbe séjour!

Nous avons passé de formidables vacances familiales à Angoulins et dans ses environs. L'accueil chaleureux de Maïté et Patrice nous a ravis. La maison, très agréable, offre 3 endroits indépendants (nous étions 7 adultes) ainsi qu'une belle terrasse. A relever aussi la proximité des commerces et... de l'océan.

Accueil sympathique des propriétaires avec des petites attentions que l'on ne trouve pas souvent (produits locaux). La maison décorée avec goût est très bien conçue offrant son indépendance à chacun (parfait pour plusieurs couples). Très beau logement, très confortable

Nous étions 6 personnes pour ce logement. Très confortable, avec un studio indépendant avec salle de bain, toilettes et cuisine ; un deuxième studio identique communicant avec la maison en elle même ou vous disposez de deux chambres séparées, salle de bain avec lave linge, lave vaisselle, et cuisine entièrement équipée. Il y a tout ce dont on a besoin. La terrasse commune est très bien équipée également. Le quartier est très calme. Les propriétaires vraiment très accueillants. N'hésitez pas, vous ne serez pas déçus !
