Disabled veteran, had reserved a room and wasn't supposed to be charged until I checked in Upon arrival the parking lot was extremely dark and no available handicap spaces. I never checked in and was charged for my stay. Notified Travelocity of this and nothing... Had to escalate to ADA for assistance.

Everything about this hotel is amazing, but most exceptionally the bows! They tie up all of the towels and tissues into flowers or birds - we always admire them. As soon as I discovered this place I have booked there ever since.

The hotel is in a great location with lots of shopping and restaurants around. When you walk in its very clean and bright and the staff was amazing very friendly and explained everything to me about what they offer and what time everythjng is.
