Wow! What can I say. Beautiful hotel and staff were amazing from start to finish. Did a nice birthday surprise for my partner and the maid was amazing. Best feature was the panoramic views at breakfast. The sea and the mountains absolutely stunning! Hotel grounds are kept pristeen. All staff amazing. Special shout out to semra our cleaner! Very smiley and friendly. Thanks. Only bad point that the akra v is on the other side of the road and some services not as good as main akra. Middle of centre so good location, bus stops outside so short ride to old town or terracity shopping

I have travelled to many countries, and stayed at five star hotels and Akra V hotel is one of the best I stayed at. This was my first time in Antalya and I felt very welcomed. The hotel was clean, he staff were lovely. We had access to all the facilities of Akra hotel. The location was great, as its central and other historic sites are not too far away. There is always a Akra taxi waiting outside, with good prices should you need to visit anywhere. I will definitely come again and recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Antalya.

If I come back to Antalya, I will definitely stay here. Honestly, I was very impressed by their hospitality. They gave me a free upgrades which wrre amazing. The breakfast was superb. I have stayed in many 5* hotels but i have to say this one stands out in terms of their guest services and reception. The manager (Umut i guess) was very helpful and followed up with me to ensure all was good. The beach, pool, and turkish bath are all excellent. The other staff were very professional and accomodating. Any item I asked from the room was delivered immediately. The only issue I had was that their call center which did not know about collect call to Canada and I ended up using my cell phone to attend an urgent matter.

The food here is awful, but the infinity pool and hotel is beautiful. They messed up our dining bill one day and another day they tried to give me another persons bill although I never ordered anything at the beach. I had billing issues twice at the beach restaurant. The service at the rooftop restaurant Asmani was below average.

Great property! Awesome location with an amazing grocery store and plenty of dining options. Pools are amazing but the beach leaves much to be desired. I suggest taking a taxi to a nearby (20 min) beach instead

The entire staff is excellent. The young front desk associate went above and beyond. His English was great too! Beautiful property And amazing breakfast buffet with lots of local cheeses, fruits vegetables and sweets. Exactly what I want to see traveling to another country. But they also have traditional eggs, waffles, oatmeal etc. Restaurants on site were amazing and inexpensive. The only negative is that all cocktails were watered down.

The Akra hotel is beautiful with brilliant facilities. The pool and sea areas were clean and peaceful set against a stunnig view of the mountains. The staff were attentive and helpful and made us feel very welcome, in particular our concierge Seçkin. The breakfast provided a variety of delicious food, in particular I enjoyed the omlettes cooked in front of me with my chosen ingrediants. We tried a couple of the hotel restaurants, Pablito and Baska Ol, both delicious, as well as the 251 social club which played brilliant music and served exquisite cocktails. Kaleici, the old town, is only a short bus ride away and conveniently leaves outside the hotel. It was also easy to get to other parts of the area, such as Lara beach, Kursunlu falls and the ancient city of Perge, all worth a visit. I should note we stayed at Akra V, the sister hotel, which is accross the road. Upon booking I did not make this connection and it could be more clearly advertised on the boking site. Thankfully, this did not cause much inconvenience and we were still able to enjoy all the facilities offered. I recommend this hotel and would definitely consider rebooking in the future.

The hotel room was lovely, big huge balcony with a nice view of the sea, mountains and the street below.I’m a pescatarian but had lots of choice for food such a huge variety and it was all cooked to a high standard. The house keeping was very friendly but towards the end she did not respect my privacy and would come in even if I was in the room, sometimes I was coming out of the shower to answer the door which I didn’t appreciate, she seemed focused on whether I had anything from the minibar. There was one day I told her to wait outside for 10mins so I could get dressed and leave and she waited outside, I also got disturbed by a male staff member because he wanted to restock the fridge which I hadn’t touched.I was not clothed appropriately but he still wanted to come in to check I told him I was not interested in alcohol and I had enough water. He seemed annoyed and left. The amenities such as the unlimited bike hire was great because the bike routes takes you to Dunden waterfalls, alrhough you just need to find a bike with good brakes and gears as I had problems with a few of the bikes and had to return them to exchange for another. I think they need to do regular checks on the conditions of the bikes. I would have given this hotel 5 stars if I never had the privacy issues. not all the staff was friendly and came across cold and unwelcoming. They seemed selective on who they were friendly to.
