I want to refund my money I tried to contact you but no possible way to get in touch with you I didn’t stay in the room more than 2 hrs and checked out Air conditioning is very hot Electricity cut off two times in two hour Bad smell in the room Room is not clean Bedding is very old

Hotel situated in a great location to visit the Old Town. Breakfast was nice. Booked a suite, which states Queen bed and single bed. Room looks tired, bathrooms look like they had been refurbished . It was a put you up bed, no top sheet, only a think heavy blanket. No complimentary tea or coffee. That said I went to reception and both the above was remedy straight away. Normally I don't have a problem with sleeping but the bed, was soft, had no support, so not the best night. But like I said overall the hotel was OK, friendly welcome on arrival

One night, not one more...
Compared to advertised pictures, the reality is different. Rooms look old and are small. The hotel is old, sorry but I couldn't feel the comfort of a 4 stars hotel at all. The breakfast is so limited and not tasty. I only spent one night there, that was enough. The only positive thing: the staff is nice. But that's not enough for a good stay.

Good value for location.
Room: specious, clean, nice view over the swimming pool, hair dryer and comfy bed. breakfast: eggs, fresh and dried fruits and continental good choices. Restaurant: Well presented menu. I liked that the hotel is in the centre, WiFi very bad in the room.My children got very sick due to the air conditioner not clean. The breakfast was very nice no stress at all. It’s a really nice place to relax and have a good vacation. The swimming pool was really nice and the start it is not deep then it gets deeper as you go.
