From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the attentive and professional staff, who went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of my stay was perfect. Fantastic hotel with exceptional service. The waiters are quick and always friendly. My 5 years daughter loved the kids club and the mini disco. The staff were attentive, passionate and engaging with the kids. The spa was great and they can fit in same day appointment. The hotel is situated on the beach which is very convenient for families with kids. All the pools were clean, however one of the kids pools was a little cold. Overall we had a fantastic time and will definitely stay here again!

The Air conditioning didn’t work. We spoke to guest relations nearly every day about it, and we asked for a fan. Each time we mentioned it we were told it willvebrought to our room.on our last day, guest relations said they don’t have any fans in the hotel. Why were we lied to for 6days? Service was good but food and room was average.

Wonderful week at the Concorde, very comfortable room, food excellent and varied, staff very friendly and the grounds are lovely with lots of stands with different snacks, branded drinks included which was a bonus…..only downsides were 1) pool was take your breath away cold but you did get used to it after a while 2) the main restaurant was very busy and chaotic as the serving areas are quite compact, the hotel was only half full when we stayed and got noticeably busier as we left, so I think that could be an issue during a packed school holidays… didn’t really impact us though, did t get a chance to try al a carte restaurants as they were fully booked….overall we had a great time and would go back…..shout out to Ata and Memhet from the entertainment team who made our stay even more enjoyable for our teenage son.

I travelled with my wife and two year old child. Overall we had a great stay at the resort but I think there are some things that could have made our stay better in comparison to other resorts we have stayed at in other locations. Positive - Staff across the resort were welcoming, friendly and polite. - There were plenty of food options to choose from. Overall, quality was good. Some excellent. Some not so good. - Drink selection was very good. - Guest relations provided a stool for our child to stand on and a non-slip rubber mat for the shower so our child could shower without slipping. - Resort entertainment was varied and good. - The resort itself was very nice and beautiful. - Kids club was also very good. Negative - Room service could have been better. It felt like room service did a very quick job each day. They also left some empty items in the room that we may have brought from other areas of the resort. - Room towels had stains on them and quality was like budget hotel towels. - The rooms were smaller than I expected but still ok. - The quality of the finishing in the rooms and corridors leading to the room is deteriorating which doesn't make it feel deluxe. - Resort towel always felt damp. It seemed like they were taken from used towels and put back to clean pile (I hope this was not the case). - Pools were not heated which is ok for when it is really warm but maybe Children's pool be heated in October.

Overall would highly recommend for people who want a resort holiday in Antalya. Pros - Clean - Staff service - Choice of food at the buffet and various stalls aroudn the property. (haven't been to any of the restaurants so cannot comment). Areas to improve - Games room/ arcade seems a bit dated, bowling alley was never open through our whole stay. - Taxis are extremely expensive from the hotel - look for yellow boxes on the streets with a button. Those taxis are cheaper. Very pleasant experience overall thank you concorde.

This is probably one of the best hotels in Antalya/Turkey. Have stayed here multiple times…never get tired of it…Best service and great staff… excellent manger Hüseyin Göz. The food and drinks are really all inclusive….great activities for all ages and good entertains.
