Hello, Sorry for the bad experience you've had. I think there must be a misunderstanding between you guys. However I've taken care of it. Yes, definitely. It is not a disabled friendly hotel - as it is also mentioned on any website we're listed in - "there is no elevator". It's such a pity to focus on the negative sides only when writing a review. However I thank you for staying with us and wishing you a better experience next time.
