paper cups instead of mugs, mosquito issues, food options are limited (they need more variety of food, a lot of it was very similar even though the selection was huge), poor quality mattress which gave me lower back pains, poor quality pillows

I stayed at Swandor in September 2024 with two of my children under 2. It was the best hotel I have stayed in a very long time. There’s so much to do there and so much options for food. The staffs and helpful and kind.

Swanlea hotel was a beautiful hotel however we had a spa treatment a Moroccan hammam and massage. I would definitely not recommend the Moroccan hammam as it was nowhere near good the massage on the other hand was Good, especially when we had the hot Stone experience that definitely made up for the bad hammam the two hikes where lovely and friendly I must say, they had the most amazing selection of food throughout Breakfast, lunch and dinner it was too many pubs on site for my liking as I’m not a drinker

This was a really nice property, clean, excellent customer service. Room was on the smaller side. The dining options were good, became a little redundant after 2 days. Pool areas were extremely crowded, guests will need to get up early and save chairs with towels in order to sit near the pools. The biggest issue was the smoking. People smoked everywhere!!! It didn’t matter if there were kids around them, they just smoked right in the children’s face. The resort has no non smoking areas. We were not able to enjoy any of the live music because it was a smoking pit. I would not return to the resort just bc of that.

although my trip was booked through Expedia I waited for my room to be available for eight hours I lend it around 5am Got to hotel in 20 minutes and since then kept waiting until they let me check in and the same thing happened when I was leaving I was out for 4 to 5 hours before my departure which was very inconvenient for me
