The staff was helpful. The property does not feel like a city hotel - the gardening is very pleasant and it is quiet, except for the construction going on. There is a good souvenir shop across the street. The food in the restaurant was mixed. Some was good, but the vegetarian options were almost inedible.

Property is very nice, in an urban area. Typical busy Malagasy street. Good restaurant at facility but also Pause Cafe is just down the street. I can recommend both. Spa is very nice with excellent massage.

Relais de Plateaux is always very welcoming! I have stayed there a few times and they are very friendly, very helpful, and make you feel very comfortable! I will always stay at Relais de Plateaux when I return to Mada! I am especially thankful for the airport shuttle picking me up even when I come in very late at night!
