"Overall, I had a very pleasant stay. The location is great, and the staff was extremely friendly. Unfortunately, my apartment had very little daylight. I was also disappointed that free access to the spa is limited to 50mins per day and requires prior reservation. It was already booked out on the day I arrived. I think it is a good idea to limit the number of people in the sauna, but it would have been fair to inform about these restrictions upfront. Overall, I had a pleasant stay, but the hotel does not quite live up to the "luxury" standard they advertise."

"Der Aufenthalt war ok. Mühsahm wurde es nachher. Es wurden uns 200€ am Anfang auf der Kreditkarte belastet. (Was nicht üblich ist.)
171€ sollten wir zurückbekommen. Auch nach mehreren Anrufen haben wir den Betrag noch nicht zurück erstattet erhalten. Sehr enttäuschend…"
